Feeling happy is something most of us strive for. The key is not to focus on everything you still need to become happy, but to be grateful for everything that you are and have. 🤸🏼‍♀️

Next to that, it’s important to feel all the emotions that might block you from feeling happiness. If you don’t feel through all the other stuff, it will keep coming up.
