Want to go running in the snow? It’s okay. 🏃🏼‍♀️

Want to eat all day? It’s okay. 🍝

Want to dance hard to music? It’s okay. 💃🏻

Want to cry all day? It’s okay. 😢

It’s good to mindfully listen to your body and to what it needs. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Today I’m going to take it very slow. I had a hypnotherapy session yesterday and my head feels very, very tired. So I’m going to follow my gut and not do much. 💤
