Living in the now - Mindfulness

What if, this moment, would last forever?

Yes, this moment right now... How would that feel?

Within mindfulness, living in the now is key. Because we are so often busy worrying about the past or the future.

Being okay with the future and trusting the future, can only exist when we are content with the now. Because the now might be forever.


Find joy in the little things of the now. Feel what works in the now and take that with you.

If something doesn't work but you can't change it instantly, see how you feel trying to accept it for now.

If you start struggling against it, it might just get bigger. Because what we focus our energy on, grows.
